Western Lake Erie, OH – December 23, 2014 – Priscilla L. D’Anniballe, owner of Paul Davis Restoration and Remodeling of Western Lake Erie, has been named as president of the Professional Remodelers Organization (PRO) in Northwest Ohio and Southeastern Michigan. D’Anniballe is the first female to serve as the organization’s president since PRO was established 46 years ago. Similarly, D’Anniballe was the first female to serve as Chairman of the Board for the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Northwest and West Central Ohio and Southeast Michigan in 2008 through 2009.

The Professional Remodelers Organization (PRO) is a local resource to find professional contractors and suppliers for home and business remodeling needs. PRO represents more than 1,000 members and is instrumental in organizing licensing for remodelers along with reviewing complaints and contract disputes. Also, D’Anniballe is certified from the Northern Ohio Minority Supplier Development (NOMSDC). To become certified, D’Anniballe applied by submitting background materials and in-depth information about her professional experience, career status and minority business ownership through Spanish descent.

D’Anniballe has owned the Paul Davis office which serves customers in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan.for 29 years. D’Anniballe is also a professional credit and financial analyst. Her restoration firm specializes in re-construction of commercial and residential properties, mitigation and reconstruction of fire, water and mold damages to residential and commercial properties. She holds a remodeler’s license in Toledo and builder’s license in Michigan. D’Anniballe has also served in several executive level capacities within the Paul Davis franchise network.

Additionally, she has been honored and recognized in the Western Lake Erie area as a leading entrepreneurial woman, and credit executive along with numerous Who’s Who designations, among others. D’Anniballe serves on the Toledo Rotary greeting committee. She is a Board member with the local Better Business Bureau Foundation and has served on the Board since 2004. She is also a member of the Holland-Springfield Chamber of Commerce. D’Anniballe holds professional certifications in water, fire and smoke damage restoration, Applied Structural Drying (ASD), health and safety, and Applied Microbial Remediation from The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). She is a member of the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA).

D’Anniballe is active in Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Toledo and volunteers in a variety of capacities including serving on the financial committee. D’Anniballe holds degrees in Business Education and Computer Technology from the University of Toledo. She resides in Toledo.
