A friendly atmosphere with trainers who focus on the strengths and goals of each individual has helped Fitness 4 All expand to four locations in the Toledo area.

“In all my gyms, the secret is training. We actually look at the person and evaluate them,” said owner and trainer Keith Zoeller. “We determine what areas we need to concentrate on, and we ask what their goals are, rather than training them the same way we would train the next person who walks through the door.”

Keith first starting working for a fitness club after graduating from college, and he was immediately hooked.

“I just fell in love with every aspect of fitness and training and educating myself, and I started getting certification after certification,” Keith explained.

He and his wife, Michelle, built a successful fitness club business in Florida, before returning to Northwest Ohio where Michelle grew up. They opened the first Fitness 4 All location in Sylvania in 2008.

Each of the four locations has a different appearance, but the fundamentals are the same: targeted training—done correctly—that gets results and an environment that is friendly and non- intimidating.

“One thing I’m very proud of is that we have a woman who’s about 97 in one of our gyms who comes in three times a week, and we have a 96-year-old man who comes in three times a week,” Keith added. “With the atmosphere we create, every member, from the hard-core athletes to our older members, become like family to each other.”

For $19.99 a month (with a one-year commitment), members have access to three of the four Fitness 4 All locations. For access to the Fitness 4 All Xtreme Training Center in Perrysburg, the fee is $29.99 a month with a one-year commitment. The Holland-Sylvania Road and Levis Commons locations are open 24 hours a day. The Monroe Street facility and the Xtreme Training Center are open from 4 a.m. until midnight Monday through Friday and weekends from 5 a.m. until 8 p.m.

Each location also offers a variety of group training classes which are included with a membership.

“Everyone we train changes. Our team of trainers can create a fitness and nutrition regimen you can live with,” Keith said. “We want people to change, and we want them to see results.” Fitness 4 All is located at 3350 N. Holland-Sylvania Road, Ste. D, Toledo; 5215 Monroe St., Ste. 1, Toledo; 5140 Chappel Drive, Perrysburg (Levis Commons); and 26495 Southpoint Road, Perrysburg (the Xtreme Training Center).
